CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
1.1 Project Summary
We are cannot find our alumni students after completion of collage. We are creating a web based application on “GECM ALMNI PORTAL “. Our system contains all alumni student’s data, Upcoming job in collage, Upcoming events details, News and Current Circular. New user is use this website for get all details about alumni and get upcoming job details anytime anywhere by using this website. New students are also communicating with alumni students and alumni students are also post jobs available in its company. Coordinator is login in website and manage student’s registration approval, Upcoming events and post a job in our system. Commitiee head is login in system and manage news, circular and coordinators.
1.2 Purpose
We are creating a web based application on “GECM ALUMNI PORTAL”. This web based application contains all details about alumni students, upcoming job details, upcoming events details, news and current circular. A main purpose of this web based application is GECM any students are login in website at anytime and anywhere and get all details.
1.3 Scope
GECM ALUMNI PORTAL is web based application. This is providing all details about alumni students, upcoming job details, upcoming events details, news and current circular.By using our system, GEEM any students are register and login in our system and easily get all details. All alumni students are register and login in this website and manage its profile and post job in our system
1.4 Report Outline
Introduction chapter give us idea about the basic of system of GECM ALUMNI PORTAL. In this chapter we define scope and the purpose of the system. Next remain chapter give deep details requirements and literature. It consists project plan and design diagram of our system. It contains design engineering canvas and data dictionary of GECM ALUMNI PORTAL. At next we include Business Model.
CHAPTER 2: Literature Review
We initially search lot of such auction sites that provide different facilitate:
all provide facility of alumni search. But GECM ALUMNI PORTAL is containing all details about alumni students and GECM students are login in system and communicate with any alumni and we add upcoming job search in our web based application. So any user easily gets all details in our system.
CHAPTER 3: Project Management
3.1 Project Planning and Scheduling
3.1.1 Project Development Approach
The spiral model is a realistic approach for large scale system or software. This online antique consists both type users i.e. seller and buyer/bidder. To providing them user friendly platform and to make them happy, continuously updated version is necessary for this system as per their requirements. Using this model, software is developed in a series of incremental releases. In earlier stage the incremental release might be a paper model or prototype. During later iterations, increasingly more complete version of the engineered system is produced. A spiral model is divided into a number of framework activities, also called task regions. Typically, there are 3 to 6 task regions.

After completion of semester 7 we begin design and coding for GECM ALUMNI PORTAL. With this we also work through GTU PMMS activities.

Coordinators are login in website and easily manage job, upcoming events and manage approval of student registration request.
Committee Head is login in website and manage lattes news and circular detail in website. And also manage Coordinators login.
Alumni students are register in website with its collage detail, personal details and company information and login after approve by coordinators and manage its profile and post job in website

Feasibility study of the system is a very important stage during system design. The main aim of the Feasibility study is to determine whether developing the project financially and technically Feasibility study.

For the design and development of the system, several software products have been accommodated.

Operational Feasibility:
Proposed Application will provide adequate throughput and all the necessary processing results. The Operational Feasibility is done to define the urgency of the problem and the acceptability of our solution. Operational Feasibility with respect to our system in application should be efficient, economical, and controllable. Operational Feasibility measurable how well the solution will work in the organization and how will end-user fells about the system, proposed system is helpful for the analyzing and decision making related to material requirement, planning and scheduling.
Economic Feasibility:
The system would be economically feasible, as it does not require any extra hardware or special software to implement it. I am using the software which is having free licensing so in coding I don’t require any special software. The project is based on the internet so the students which is going to use this application does not require any extra software and hardware.
